Entry categories and descriptions:

  • Everyday Life: Lifestyle images, workplaces, daily routines, and sights, etc.

  • Nature & Environments: Landscapes, wildlife, natural textures, forces of nature, etc.

  • Photographers Choice: Any images not included in the categories above in addition to photomanipulation, digital design, architecture, etc.

  • Conceptual Processes: Abstract, A.I., alternative and manipulated process photography.

    1. Conceptual photography often uses color, light, shadow, texture, shape, form, and/or collections of computer generated imagery to convey emotion, sensation or a statement.

    2. Process photography includes straight photography (dark room processes), alternative photography (specific film types and chemical processes)

    3. Manipulated photography includes hand and/or chemically altered or embellished processes.

Public recognition (decided by public and

awarded at the end of the exhibition)

 

1st Place in each category - $150 and Ribbon
